Owner of Salus Studio.Movement Specialist, Cold exposure and breathwork facilitator.Believer that movement is magic and the real medicine.My passion and interest in the area of health and wellness sparked a desire to continue to develop my expertise in the field.Most recently I have completed training in the world of breath and cold exposure. I received my Level I Sherpa Breath and Cold, as well as my Level I with Unbounded. Prior to my newest venture and passion I completed courses such as Misfit Method, Bellies Inc Core Expert Certification, Hypopressives Level I and II, Yoga Tune Up training, Pfilates Certification, Senior Fitness Instructor Certification and countless educational workshops.
