Founded by Tania Emiliani, Expressive Freedom offers Expressive Arts Therapy to children and adults of all ages and abilities in Brisbane and Brisbane North. Expressive Arts Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that supports people to explore and improve their mental, emotional and physical health with the use of creative processes for expression. There is no need for artistic ability as the focus is purely on your expression and the meaning that you create. By tapping into the creative side of your brain and your unconscious, you can see and experience things in a new way; are able to find meaning and insight into challenges and create transformation (or changes) in your life.
