Willow and Agustina first met at a yoga studio where they both work, quickly bonding over their aligned visions of creating a nurturing space for individuals to explore and deepen their practice, both physically and mentally. Together, they combine their unique expertise to offer a transformative retreat experience that supports holistic wellness.Willow is a dedicated yoga and Pilates instructor, deeply committed to helping others build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Costa Rica and Pilates certification in Miami, Willow’s nurturing approach welcomes all levels, guiding each individual toward their highest self. Through asanas and meditation, Willow encourages people to embrace kindness and growth, fostering a sense of healing and empowerment within.Agustina is a passionate advocate for balanced living, with a background in nutrition and a Masters in Nutrition Education. As a Certified Nutrition Coach through NASM, she believes in the power of holistic wellness, promoting a harmonious relationship between movement, nutrition, and overall well-being. Agustina is dedicated to helping individuals create sustainable, health-focused lifestyles, empowering them to cultivate balance in every aspect of their lives.Together, Willow and Agustina aim to inspire and support individuals on their journey toward a balanced, vibrant life.
