Counterbalance Wellbeing is a private art therapy practice run by Paula in Ballarat, where she creates a supportive environment for adults (and also young folk) to integrate somatically informed, creative, and mindful art making processes into self-care routines that establish a pathway towards personal and/or professional exploration and growth.At Counterbalance Wellbeing, Paula offers a creative space and invites a reflective approach with a range of art making processes. Counterbalance Wellbeing workshops are designed to invite experimentation and exploration of tactile and haptic art making processes, which serve to regulate and connect, build a sense of safety within the space in which to delve deep into the processes themselves and/or the themes of each workshop series.
