Ticket Purchase

• All tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Tickets are for the specific event and date as indicated at the time of purchase. Please ensure you have selected the correct ticket type and quantity before proceeding.

Event Entry

• To gain entry, you must present your valid e-ticket (printed or digital) at the event venue.
• Each ticket is valid for one person only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Event Cancellation or Changes

• In the event that the event is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify ticket holders and provide instructions on ticket exchanges or refunds, as applicable.
• We are not responsible for any other expenses (e.g., travel or accommodation) incurred due to event cancellations or changes.

• By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your name, email, and other necessary registration details for ticket issuance and event-related communications. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws, ensuring its secure management and limited use for event purposes. Event Conduct

• All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow the event guidelines. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
• The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone not adhering to the event's rules.

• The event organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the event.
• Attendees participate at their own risk.

Photography and Recording

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise.
