Hello there! I have been a fitness professional since i starting teaching, way back in 1992! Making 2020 an incredible 29 years of doing what i love! As an extension to teaching fitness, i am also a Mindfulness Practionner and teach workshops around keeping yourself healthy by teaching on topics which help you to interject Mindfulness in your life. So, without a doubt, you are in safe hands. I love teaching within the community and i also have times where i work with employees and deliver Mindfulness to variouis work organisations. Still on my journey..still lots to do! I look forward to taking you  all along with me on the rest of the lifelong journey of health, happiness, reflection, and mistakes too as we are all imperfectly perfect. Always keep this saying in mind 'Carpe Diem' which means 'seize the day' and do what you enjoy. Give yourselves little rewards now and again to keep your spirits up too. You deserve it and you are worth it.
