This group is for feminine Black lesbians, bisexual women, and any other non-heterosexual women who love, date, and are attracted to other feminine Black lesbians, bisexual, and other non-heterosexual women (aka Black Fem 4 Fem). I envision this group as a safe space for feminine Black women who date other feminine Black women because we are often inadvertently excluded from events for Black queer women because we do not ascribe to the stud/femme dynamic. This can leave us without a sense of home, community, or even a way to self-actualize. It can leave us lonely.I hope to provide Black Fem 4 Fem lesbians, bisexual, and non-heterosexual women age 30 and up with events to network, make friends, and meet their future girlfriends and wives. This group is for mature, professional, career-minded women who want an alternative to the Black LGBTQ+ party scene and want other ways to socialize.Social activities range from art openings, brunches, plays, movies, poetry readings, yoga, dinner parties, book clubs, after-work drinks, outdoor adventures, wine tastings, art galleries, open mic nights, Black LGBTQ+ Pride Meetups, and art shows.This group is also a space where trans women are welcomed and celebrated.
