RAD Arts Foundation is a nonprofit public organization. It is incorporated under the provisions of California Nonprofit Corporation Act.RAD Arts Foundation will attempt to identify, assist and promote artists abroad whose work the Foundation believes in. Our goal is to support and present the varied works of artists that have for any reason immigrated to the United States. In doing so, we will learn each artist’s journey and the artistic path they have pursued.
