Chantal is a Board-Certified Holistic Coach , Holistic Nutritionist and plant-based Naturopathic Practitioner. She focuses on women hormonal wellness from perimenopause to menopause.She is commitment to spreading awareness about holistic health and plant-based nutrition and this has led her to become a published author, public speaker, and guest presenter at CUNY, PCRM's One Healthy World (Un Monde Sain) and host of The Green Life Podcast.In 2019, she left London to settle in Portugal, where she founded an eco farm: Eco Dharma Village. ED is all about sustainability, growing our own food and connecting with nature to find healing . Her love and passion for the environment has led her to create ELEVATE , a community movement in Braga, with ambitious goals to become a national November, putting Portugal on the map for sustainable living and eco practices.
