Mairita Rosicka works under the brand Maicelia. As a person, she is known to most as Mai, and inspired by the concept of a mycelia network, she decided to create an alternative world where acting and improv exercises can help people improve their interpersonal skills, make life a bit better, and offer a different kind of experience. You do not need to be an actor or an improviser to go through the creative process of self-improvement exercises and learn a new skill or two.Mairita is a long-time improviser; she has been doing improv since childhood and has been teaching it regularly for many years. She has owned her own studio and has taught the basics of improv to more than 200 students. She has worked as a lecturer and a school teacher, and she is also a children’s theatre director, playwright, and stand-up comedian. She holds a degree from the Academy of Culture, where she graduated in Theatre and Cinema Arts and Theory.With her extensive expertise, theoretical knowledge, stage experience, and rehearsal practice, she has created a series of workshop bullet points that help people focus on specific areas for improvement and draw valuable skills from the world of theatre.
