Hi I'm Lou, I'm a 200hr Yoga Teacher trained in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.I run classes, workshops, mini retreats and sound baths - mainly in the Allestree area of Derby.I've been teaching Yoga for 5 years now, and I teach all levels of experience and ability, and have lots of experience teaching people with injuries and health conditions. All of my classes are suitable for everyone and I offer options to make it easier or harder depending on how you are feeling.My motto is that the aim is for you to leave feeling better than when you arrived, and it doesn't matter what you do between those points!
