Courses are designed to meet the unique needs of our students and provide the most effective defensive skill set to counter attempted violence.  Our courses don't require a long commitment. With a one day or even a one evening class, you can gain the skills needed to stay safe and become empowered.We also provide professional speaking engagements, group safety and self-defense seminars and wellness seminars to businesses and groups throughout the U.S. via our corporate divisionAdrenaline Self Defense.
