We offer holistic wellness services through pop-up events across the Westshore of Vancouver Island also known as the Western Communities of Greater Victoria.Our pop-up events are thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of every individual, offering a blend of wellness practices to support holistic health and well-being. These events feature: yoga, sound baths, drumming circles, reiki, art therapy, cultural teachings, coaching, and other alternative therapies—often in combination—at accessible, temporary locations.
