I’m Olivia Derry — an online fitness and nutrition coach based in Kansas City, MO, and the founder of The LIFTWITHLIV Method.My main focus is building a strength training-based program that helps women gain confidence, consistency, and muscle, without the all-or-nothing mindset. Through personalized coaching, realistic nutrition, and a no-BS approach, I empower women to take up space and actually enjoy the process.I LOVE bringing people together through fitness, which is why I host these 100% FREE community workouts.
