Founded by Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Victoria Murphy, our name pays homage to fireweed, the first bloom after wildfire, and cedar, a symbol of protection and renewal. Together, they represent what we offer: a return to self, a grounded sanctuary, and a space to flourish.From trauma-informed therapy to light-based healing and intentional movement, every offering is thoughtfully curated to honor the whole person.
