This group is for anyone in the Southern Colorado Springs area looking to meet, connect, and motivate each other to achieve their health and wellness goals.For our adult community, D1 Training aims to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through coach led group and one-on-one training. The program, designed by a national training panel, is a well-rounded approach incorporating strength, conditioning, and mobility. D1 Training emphasizes results-driven training, with a focus on pushing individuals to their maximum potential.For our youth community (ages 7-18), D1 Training provides a structured approach to sports training, focusing on enhancing performance, increasing athleticism, building confidence, and developing character.Whether you're into running, lifting, hiking, yoga, sports, CrossFit, family fitness or any other form of exercise, this group is for you! We are a supportive community to help individuals and families of all levels achieve their fitness and sports goals.Join us for group workouts, wellness events, and fitness challenges to help you stay motivated and meet your goals.
