Hello I'm Quentin Drain, the founder of Interstellar Career Coaching. My mission is to help people create careers they love.I provide transformational career coaching to people who are committed to living a life they love.My belief is that our careers are major determinants of our quality of life. We usually spend half our waking hours in work-related activity, and if we are not loving our work then we're not loving our life.While it's easy to relate to our career as providing income and to get trapped in the pay cycle, there's a larger question I'm interested in which is what is our life's work? What work is going to bring real meaning to our life? To bring us pride as we look back on our life, and to keep us inspired about future possibilities?I work with people in three broad phases of their career:1. Those who love or at least quite like their work, are currently employed and want to break through barriers to really thrive in their role to bring greater satisfaction and future growth opportunities.2. Those who are currently out of work and wanting to gain a great role as quickly as possible. To move beyond internal barriers keeping them stuck or slowing them down.3. Those who are ready for a career change, and either have an idea of what else they want to do and want support to go do it, or more commonly have little clarity on what they want to do and first want to get crystal clear on that.
