Known for her unique and soulful creative gatherings, Cari integrates her love of art-making with the healing sounds of sacred instruments to cultivate a deeply restorative and empowering space. She believes focusing on recapturing lost creative intuition by first calming the nervous system through sound healing, prepares people to fully access their innate creativity.
