Welcome!I'm Erin, a queer, neurodivergent Reiki practitioner and energy healer with a professional background in dance, choreography and movement. I have a long history of teaching dance and movement to a wide range of individuals, from young children to professional dancers.I have built a practice called Sovereign Flow, which is a combination of meditation, reiki, and somatic movement designed to attune your energy field and build a deeper connection with your body through movement.All are welcome of all ability and mobility backgrounds. I myself have a back injury and condition that I have to navigate daily, so this is by no means a practice of athletic and technical "dance".My mission is to bring you home to your body, encurage developing your self trust, and support your goals in moving towards your dreams.
