Meet ElinaElina has trained in sound healing across the USA, Australia, and India, and has been working with singing bowls for over 15 years. Her passion for sound therapy began during her own struggle with chronic insomnia, as sound became one of the key tools that helped her reclaim deep, restorative sleep.Today, as a sleep coach, Elina integrates sound vibration therapy into her programs to help clients reduce anxiety, calm the mind, improve sleep, and access deep states of relaxation and consciousness.
