Join me to learn and practice Hunyuan Chen Style Tai Chi (陈式心意混元太极拳). Having been learning and practicing for more than 25 years, I enjoy the experience, the joy and the health benefits of Tai Chi, and I am happy to share them with you. Unlike the traditional ways of teaching, the classes have been adapted (fun, practical and timesaving) for modern life style. I think sharing my practice would be a good way to contribute to the community I live. I also enjoy discussion of different health philosophy, comparing eastern and western ways.
