Welcome to Into The Woods FarmNestled deep within the tranquil woods of the Southern Adirondacks, Into The Woods Farm is a small, family-run educational farm located in Middle Grove, New York. Just a short drive from downtown Saratoga Springs (25 minutes), Lake George (50 minutes), and Albany, we offer a peaceful retreat into nature, surrounded by 15 acres of wooded land and hundreds of acres of diverse forests, fields, and wetlands.Our farm is home to a small herd of Nigerian Dwarf Goats, a hearty flock of chickens, two friendly dogs, a barn cat, and a variety of woodland critters. Here, the wonders of nature are right outside our door, with plenty of plants, trees, streams, and animals to discover at every turn.Into The Woods Farm was created by a mother-daughter team who do everything themselves—building, maintaining, and organizing events. Our mission is to provide children with a space to connect with animals and the land, fostering a sense of responsibility and compassion through hard work and farm life. We pride ourselves on practicing natural and holistic methods, focusing on wellness and local sourcing, and striving to create a positive, nurturing environment for both animals and people.Our farm offers a variety of educational programs, workshops, and experiences for individuals, families, and groups. These include Goat Yoga in the Woods NY, Wild Walks with our goats, Snowshoe Adventures, and field trips for school, scout, and homeschool groups.
