Certified Nutrition Instructor, Mary Anne Morris, has been teaching healthy cooking since 2006, and has a beautiful kitchen studio in McKinney TX, where they do monthly 5-minute recipe nights. They're also recommended by holistic practitioners whom they serve. They provide complimentary one-on-one cooking sessions for those who want to learn about their innovative cooking technology which supports brain & gut health, lowering inflammation, maximizing nutrition in cooked food, & decreasing the toxic overload of cooking, with time-saving techniques that support health goals.
