Reha's passion for wellness stems from a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. She has been a passionate wellness advocate for almost ten years now and to this day she continues to learn as much as possible about the human body to help her own journey and that of people around her. Her approach is both grounded and intuitive, drawing from Zen meditation. Whether she's leading a meditation, facilitating a workshop, or providing one-on-one coaching, Reha's intention is to guide individuals toward a life of greater well-being and fulfillment. Reha works in tech as her day job.
