Hi, I’m Alondra Sanchez! A few years ago, I went through my own weight loss transformation, and it completely changed my life. That journey sparked a passion in me to help other women feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I turned that passion into a career, becoming a personal trainer and coach in Scottsdale, Arizona.For the past three years, I’ve dedicated myself to empowering women through fitness. I created the "SimplicityCo Movement," a fun and welcoming workout experience focused on glute resistance band training. My goal is to build a supportive community where women of all fitness levels can connect, grow, and thrive.I also host events like my Booty Boot Camp, where we not only break a sweat but also have fun, network, and enjoy goodies from local vendors. I’m so grateful to be on this journey, helping women feel strong, confident, and unstoppable!
