She aims to empower clients with Gut Health or Microbiome imbalances and Fibromyalgia to reclaim their health and live fulfilling lives. Her goal with Mindful Mondays is to create a supportive community where individuals can learn, grow, and thrive, becoming informed stewards of their health journeys with compassionate support, real-life experience & education. She is passionate about being able to work naturally and holistically to affect positive health changes in her clients and in the bigger scope of things being able to help the environment and the world through education about how our dietary choices have a direct impact on our environment.
