Embodied Freedom is a conscious dance practice from New Zealand on a European tour, landing in Berlin this July. Join our workshops to expand your capacity to be more embodied (in your body).Welcome to Embodied FreedomEmbodied Freedom is a movement of people reclaiming and remembering what it means to live in authentic connection — with ourselves, each other, and the earth. We are cultivating a culture rooted in embodied presence, emotional literacy, radical aliveness, and full expression.Embodied means living fully in your five bodies — physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and archetypal.
