She finds her centered and groundedness in the forest and the trees, the sky and the deep blue sea.She is a certified RYT-500hr Yoga Teacher, Shamanic Illumination Energy Healer , Breath work and meditation Guide, Reiki Practitioner, Ceremonial Facilitator, and artist.She has trained and studied in the mountains and jungle of Peru where she has studied under Shamans, Medicine healers, and Master plants. These beautiful gifts ignited and remembered the light within her to hold sacred spaces for private and group offerings as well as 1:1 Illuminating Shamanic Energy Healing sessions.
