We teach a practical method of meditation call Raja Yoga meditation that helps individuals acknowledge, understand and utilize their inner strength and values. This is the fundamental principle underlying our retreats and workshops.​The Center serves people from all walks of life, all religions, age, ethnicities, gender and political orientation. At the core of its spiritual practice is the belief that we are all souls on a life journey.
