Jenny’s journey to becoming a Hypopressives Coach began after suffering a prolapse following the birth of her first child - a challenge that left her feeling broken. Running had always been her outlet for both mental and physical wellbeing, but she felt she would never regain her active lifestyle.After her second child, Jenny took charge of her health and discovered hypopressives. This transformative practice not only helped her return to running, but also allowed her to rediscover her sense of self. Inspired by her own journey, she retrained as a Pilates instructor and then specialised as a Hypopressives Coach with a strong focus on pelvic health.Qualifications• 2023 – Studio Pilates International: Anatomy and Matwork Pilates• 2023 – Create Lift: Certified Hypopressives Trainer with a special interest in pelvic health• 2024 – Hypopressives Council of Australia: Level 2 & 3 training and certification
