I created the Iris City Fit Expo because I see you. You’re the woman who’s poured into others, worked hard, prayed harder—and somewhere along the way, you lost a little bit of yourself. You’ve tried the gym. You’ve read the books. You’ve done your best. But now it’s time for something different.Something whole.Something lasting.With a background in Exercise Science, over a decade in Human Resources, and years as a certified movement instructor, I’ve learned one truth: healing doesn’t happen in isolation—and strength doesn’t start at the gym. It starts when you are seen. Cared for. Supported. And moved—body, mind, and spirit. This event is my offering to you. A space to move, grow, and heal in a way that honors every part of who you are.
