The PW Capacity Building Team is part of the MHCB (Mental Health Capacity Building Initiative) funding through Alberta Health Services. We offer universal programming both in the classroom and at the community level. We work with these demographics to promote positive mental health by raising awareness, increasing knowledge, building skills and fostering positive community norms. Our goal is to develop mental health literacy and build capacity across PWPSD, to develop a common language and understanding for teachers, administrators, students and families.During the summer you can find the team in our PWPSD communities offering FREE programs and resources to kids and families.
