Mon parcours avec innerdance a commencé en 2017, et depuis, j'ai animé des formations et des ateliers à travers l'Europe et l'Asie, notamment en collaboration étroite avec Pi Villaraza.Innerdance m'a permis de comprendre mes schémas et systèmes de croyances tout en m'offrant un espace pour réaliser ma vérité. En reconnectant avec les parties refoulées de moi-même, j'ai découvert une nouvelle intégrité et une profonde résonance dans l'accompagnement des autres vers la reconnexion avec leur authenticité.Après sept ans de vie nomade, je suis ravie d'apporter l'innerdance là où mon cœur me mène. My Innerdance journey began in 2017, when I embarked on my own path of deep self-discovery. Since then, I’ve facilitated workshops and trainings across Europe and Asia, working closely with Pi Villaraza, the founder of Innerdance.Innerdance has been a profound gateway for me, allowing me to recognize my patterns and belief systems, while creating a space for me to rediscover my own truth. As I reconnected with parts of myself that had been repressed, I found a new sense of integrity, and this led me to support others in remembering their wholeness.After seven years of nomadic life, I now follow my heart in bringing Innerdance to wherever I am called.In my sessions, participants are guided through an immersive experience of sound, movement, and energy work in a safe and supportive environment.
