This form is your application for our upcoming singles event. To create the best experience, we are limiting attendance to 40 gents and 40 ladies and verifying all registrations with your leaders.

Please Note:

• Selection: Submission does not guarantee a spot. We will notify you via email if you are selected.
• Fee: Once your spot is confirmed, there is a RM25 fee to finalise your ticket.
• Next Steps: If selected, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions to secure your seat.
