Christina is an 500 hour CYT yoga teacher and community herbalist. She specializes in trauma informed yoga, vinyasa flow, yin yoga, and yoga nidra. Christina's classes are grounding, lively, challenging, and accessible for all levels and experience. Christina has brought her love of yoga, movement., and meditation to a variety of populations including adults, teens, seniors, first responders, and veterans. Christina combines curated movement with meditation and breath practices that leave yogis feeling rejuvenated, peaceful, and restored.Christina is also a community herbalist, specializing in bioregional plants and ancient herbal practices, that help people heal from modern ailments, stress, and overwhelm. She often combines herbal remedies with movement and breath in her work with private clients, so they feel nurtured, grounded, and connected to the healing capabilities of their own bodies and the food and herbal medicine of the earth.
