I am a certified restorative yoga teacher and a mindfulness instructor for children and teenagers. My path in yoga began in 2000 with Ashtanga in Colombia, and after a fulfilling career as a human rights lawyer and human ecologist, I fully embraced the transformative world of yoga.In 2020, I completed a 200-hour restorative yoga teacher training at Happy Yoga from Prem Asociacion Internacional wich is part of the EYA (European Yoga Alliance), marking a pivotal point in my commitment to this discipline. My education continued with further Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the Iyengar method, learning from internationally recognised instructors like Marla Apt, Ana Uribe, and Kathy Cook. Between 2023 and 2024, I expanded my expertise to specialise in yoga for children, achieving 90 hours of certification with the Children’s Yoga Tree, also accredited by the UK International Yoga Alliance. In 2025 I recently completed Petra Coveney’s Menopause Yoga acredited by the British Wheel of Yoga.
