Storyteller.I'm the heart behind MĀFANA Flow, and I created this space to bring together everything that’s guided me on my journey — breath, movement, stillness, and culture.Yoga found me when I needed it most, and it’s been a path of healing, reconnection, and quiet strength ever since. As a Tongan woman, stepping into spaces of mindfulness and wellness didn’t always feel familiar — but it led me back to myself, and in a beautiful way, back to my roots.MĀFANA, meaning warmth, fire, and energy in Tongan, is more than a name. It’s how I want people to feel when they move, rest, and return to themselves in this space.
