Hi, I’m Cheryl — a Balance Body certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a passion for mindful movement, mobility, and functional strength. My journey into Pilates began as a personal pursuit of balance and well-being, and it quickly evolved into a deeper purpose: to help others move with greater ease, awareness, and confidence in their own bodies.I’m especially passionate about supporting women through every season of life, and my teaching focuses on improving mobility, building functional strength, and developing control and connection through intentional movement. My classes are warm, inclusive, and always rooted in curiosity and care — encouraging you to slow down, tune in, and move with purpose.
