Hi, my name is Kaye. I found yoga in 2013 during a difficult time in my life, and it quickly became a space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Through grief, anxiety, and moments of deep transformation, yoga helped me reconnect with myself and trust the process of life.I teach from the heart—with gentleness, presence, and acceptance. My classes begin and end with meditation, encouraging mindful movement and a safe space to feel and heal.
