Hi! I'm Ashley.I’m a National Board Certified Health + Wellness Coach, NAPS Certified Mom’s Survival Group Leader, fitness instructor (strength/indoor cycling/yoga sculpt, yoga, Lagree), Reiki practitioner, sound healer, entrepreneur, and Mom. I help women of all ages powerfully own (and rewrite!) their stories so they can begin their personal healing journeys towards their most empowered, confident, and badass selves.Here’s the deal. I believe we ALL have an important (sometimes painful) story to tell – but while those challenging stories can inspire us, they don’t need to define us. Oftentimes in our darkest moments, we find the most clarity, direction, and strength. The focus of my coaching practice has been greatly influenced by my own personal story and life experiences over the years. Some of my main areas of focus include eating disorder & exercise compulsion recovery, body confidence/self-love coaching, grief/loss support, and the motherhood journey.When it comes to my approach to fitness and teaching, movement has always been my anchor, my therapy, and my power—and that’s exactly what I aim to bring to every class I teach. My style is intense, empowering, and intentional—I’m here to push you, challenge you, and remind you just how strong you are, inside and out. I specialize in a variety of modalities, blending athleticism, mindfulness, and mobility to create classes that are as effective as they are energizing. Whether you’re lifting, flowing, sprinting, or holding a plank longer than you thought possible, my goal is to help you move with confidence and purpose. For moms, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to rebuild strength postpartum—physically and mentally. That’s why my classes are designed to meet you where you are, with progressive, functional training that helps you regain power, endurance, and mobility in a way that feels both challenging and sustainable. At the end of the day, I want you to leave class feeling stronger, more capable, and completely unstoppable—because you ARE!It’s my mission to help you get some serious sparkle back in your life - both on and off the bike and mat.
