Hello!I am so grateful to be in this space and leading empowering fitness classes for women. I have always been drawn to physical activity and love connecting with like minded souls. I am passionate about creating a welcoming, judgement free space were women can find space to show up as they are, enjoy movement and feel empowered in their own bodies. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years and look forward to continuing to support and encourage in their fitness journey's!I currently am running weekly evening classes in N.W Calgary on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights.
