I'm Adele, a yoga and pilates instructor currently studying for a masters in physiotherapy. With a BSc in physiology, my background shapes how I teach - safe, sustainable movements with a focus on correct form and alignment. I completed traditional yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India where yoga originated from, and aim to bring authenticity to every class. This mindful movement is the perfect start to any day, working to ease any tension, improve posture and boost overall well-being.My classes are open to all levels. Beginners are especially welcome, and don't worry about how flexible you are! Modifications are always provided for every ability level.
