Darcy Cole began her yoga journey 11 years ago, looking to integrate mindful movement into her daily routine. Although a total beginner, she quickly found time spent on her mat to be transformative. It didn’t take long before her passion grew to lead her to start teaching. Now a 500 Hour E-RYT and Continuing Education Provider, Darcy not only works to create space for her students, but support the growth and education of yoga teachers.She strives to create an inclusive environment that supports healthy and functional movement for students of all levels and deepening a connection between mind, body and breath.Darcy’s favorite hobbies include gardening, hiking and multiple art forms including painting, printmaking and sculpture. Whenever possible she loves to integrate the creative flow process and natural healing into her specialty workshops (and teach outdoors as long as the Michigan weather allows.)
