Walking will be slow and gentle, covering a short distance, with regular pausing to observe and truly take in our surroundings and feelings.Each guided experience will differ, as nature, including landscapes and weather. Walk routes have been carefully planned to bring opportunities to connect with nature and improve wellbeing.
