I am a certified fasting guide, colon and detox specialist, and holistic health and life coach. For over 5 years, I have been studying the digestive system, the colon, especially the microbiome, and the organs responsible for detoxification, as I myself suffered from severe digestive problems.Through fasting, I have been able to heal many things myself (e.g., fructose intolerance, SIBO, irritable bowel syndrome, and more), and now I want to share this with others. I am fascinated by the human body as well as our mind and what happens on a spiritual level when we stop eating solid food. I have been accompanying people on their paths to transformation for some time now and love growing in a community.Furthermore, I am currently training to become a naturopath for natural medicine and psychotherapy in order to work with a variety of diagnostic methods in the future and also to better understand the connection between digestive issues and the psyche.
