I am SSgt Arielle Des Jardin and am your Unit Readiness Coordinator (URC). What that means is I will provide resources and referral services, unit updates, newsletters, and information on events while your loved ones work to support the training schedule or are the lucky few trying to survive the training schedule.The UPFRP aboard Quantico is here to provide tangible and enduring support to our members and their families. Family readiness improves our quality of life and leads to increased unit readiness, which enhances our ability to support the Marines we serve. Our most precious resource is the individual Marine and their family – our success as an institution is directly tied to their morale and well-being.
