I’m a former corporate employee who discovered a passion for fitness and wellness, leading me to a transformative career change. As a fitness enthusiast, I am dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and empowering others to prioritize their well-being.I coach a variety of fitness classes, including indoor cycling, HIIT, yoga, and Deep Stretch, tailoring each session to inspire and motivate participants at all levels. My goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to push their limits.In addition to my classes, I promote fasting as a powerful tool that gives us control over our own well-being. I believe that mindful fasting can enhance vitality and support the body’s natural functions, empowering individuals to take charge of their health.I organize free wellness events that foster connection and promote healthy living for all.
