“Everything you want is on the other side of fear.”Ameena Meer is on a mission to help you be empowered, fearless and ageless. She is a reiki, polarity and craniosacral practitioner as well as a registered hypnotist, medical intuitive and medium. Her practice combines aspects of all of her training, which includes holistic nutrition, health coaching, Chinese herbal medicine, Western naturopathy and tarot. She “reads” the physical body and then helps you release energetic blockages that may be causing physical or emotional pain. She often suggests dietary changes, lifestyle shifts, supplements and even crystals. As a single mother who has been through the spectrum of illnesses – pneumonia, bronchitis, dengue fever, west nile virus, H1N1, meningitis and eventually, cancer – she understands that blockages in the energy field can have dramatic effects on our lives and our health. In 2015, she left a 30-year career in beauty and fashion advertising to focus on helping others reconnect with their joy and healing. She recently relocated to NOLA where she works virtually as an intuitive guide and a health coach. Ameena Meer is also a certified MBSR meditation teacher and enjoys facilitating intentional group sits.
