Hi I'm LauraHere's my Meraki JourneyWhilst working professionally as an Actor and Theatre Practitioner I noticed the healing potential of theatre and became fascinated by the mind-body connection.Later travelling around the globe absorbing new cultures and approaches to healing; I discovered the power of meditation, yoga and reiki. It was on my travels through India that I first discovered Biodynamic Breathwork which inspired me to pursue a career in therapy.On return to the UK I combined my theatre background and passion for healing training as a Dramatherapist. Working with trauma, bereavement, mental health and life limiting illness in this body-based modality opened up a new level of awareness around how emotional challenges can manifest in the body and everyday life.Wrestling with my own physical pain I returned to Biodynamic Breathwork and the true healing potential of this powerful system of trauma and tension release.I am passionate about this work and proud to offer my unique practice though online and in-person group or individual sessions.
