Chef Laurie BoucherIG: @baltimorehomecook    Facebook: Laurie BoucherLaurie is an attorney turned Pasta Instructor. Laurie’s passion is PASTA, and she teaches all forms of pasta making privately and in local businesses in and around Baltimore, Ocean City, and other local seaside venues. Laurie is a Pasta Chef at Café Campli, voted Baltimore’s Best Italian Restaurant in 2024. Laurie teaches some of her unique pasta classes as an adjunct professor at AACC and is also a staff pasta instructor at Groundwork Kitchen, the Pandola Learning Center in Little Italy, and the Italian Cultural Center of Maryland.Laurie completed both a Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts degree (AAS) at the Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism Institute at Anne Arundel Community College with honors. Laurie is a Certified Culinarian recognized by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). She is ServSafe certified in food safety and alcohol education.
